Equipment Features:

1Buried below ground level, the surface above the equipment can be used for landscaping or other purposes without the need for construction or heating/insulation.

2The second-level biological contact oxidation process employs plug flow biological contact oxidation, which yields better treatment results than complete mix or two-stage serial complete mix biological contact oxidation ponds. It also has a smaller volume than the activated sludge pond, strong adaptability to water quality, excellent shock load resistance, stable effluent water quality, and does not cause sludge expansion. The pond utilizes new elastic three-dimensional packing material, with a larger specific surface area, facilitating easy attachment and detachment of microorganisms. Under the same organic load, it achieves a high removal rate of organic matter and enhances the solubility of oxygen in water.

3The biochemical pond employs the biological contact oxidation method, featuring a low volume load of the media, with microorganisms in their self-oxidation stage. The sludge production is minimal, requiring only three months (90Day above, a mud extraction is conducted (suction or dehydration into mud bricks for external transportation).

4The wastewater treatment equipment features not only conventional high-level exhaust for odor control but also comes with soil deodorization measures.
