Equipment Introduction:
Aeration flotation is suitable for treating water with low turbidity, high color concentration, high organic matter content, low oil content, low surface active substance content, or algae-rich water. Compared to other aeration flotation methods, it boasts advantages such as high hydraulic load, low investment, small land occupation, high degree of automation, and convenient operation and management. For oil-water separation, suspended solids,COD、BODThe device is highly effective in removing impurities. The entire unit consists of a sewage pump, metering device, reaction tank, flotation tank, flotation system, sand filter, activated carbon absorption column, and an electrical control system, which can be custom-designed according to user requirements. Once the unit is adjusted to normal operation, it can generally run automatically with ease of operation.
Operating Principle:
1Function: Primarily used for solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation (while also capable of reducing)COD、BODColorimetry, etc.).
2The air flotation process involves treated wastewater entering the contact zone of the flotation tank, where it is thoroughly mixed with the dissolved air water released. This causes the flocs in the water to adsorb onto the microbubbles, then they enter the separation zone. Under the buoyancy of the microbubbles, the flocs float to the surface, forming a scum layer. The lower clear water flows to the clear water pool via a collecting device and is discharged. Once the scum on the surface accumulates to a certain thickness, it is scraped into the scum槽 by a skimmer and discharged. The settled sludge is discharged through the sludge outlet.
3The generation and release of dissolved air: Clear water or froth water is pressurized by a dissolved air pump and enters the dissolved air tank through a control valve. Under pressurized conditions, air dissolves in the water. When passing through the release device, the dissolved gas experiences a rapid drop in pressure, releasing a large number of finely sized, uniformly granulated, and dense stable microbubbles.
