Product Overview

Product Line: The partition wall series promoted by APSS worldwide, featuring single or double-layer glass options.

External Structure: Assembled from high-precision, custom aluminum alloy extrusions.

Internal Structure: Made of 1.0mm double-sided galvanized steel plates, formed in one go through special high-precision equipment.High precision, fire and flame retardant, melting point around 1500°C.

Paneling: Double or single-sided panels, glass panels available (thickness: 5MM, 6MM, ...)8MM, 10MM, 12MM thickness or melamine boards, solid wood boards or other sheets

Material.

Interior wall cavity: filled with 50MM thick sound-insulating glass wool, rock wool, or other materials.

Translucent Inner Cavity: Equipped with 25MM or 16MM metal roller blinds (optional with manual or electric control device)

Common Color Schemes: Electro-phoresis Silver Wall Thickness: 108mm

Ground joist height: 40mm, 60mm, 80mm; external cross-sectional dimensions: 38mm

Custom zinc-coated steel studs: Thickness 1.0, cross-sectional dimensions: 35mm x 67mm; glass fixing method: fixed through pressure mounts with self-tapping screws.
