Glass Partition Series

Product Series: Single or double glass options available.

External Structure: Assembled from high-precision 6063-T5 aluminum alloy extrusions.

Internal Structure: Constructed from 1.2mm double-sided galvanized steel plates, formed in a single pass by a specialized high-precision machine, ensuring high precision with a tolerance of 0.5mm. Offers excellent stability, safety, and fire resistance with a melting point of around 1500°C, significantly higher than the full aluminum frame structure partition system (aluminum alloy melting point around 660°C, most below this value).

Wall Panels: Double-sided or single-sided panels, available with glass panels (thickness: 5MM, 6MM, 8MM, 10MM, 12MM) or melamine boards, solid wood boards, or other materials.

Interior cavity of the wall: Filled with 50MM thick sound-insulating glass wool, rock wool, or other materials.

Translucent Cavity: Equipped with 25MM or 16MM metal louvers (optional manual or electric control unit)

Common Color Schemes: Silver white electrocoat, black sand pattern, gray sand pattern, national standard oxidation, white, champagne electrocoat, other colors available upon request.
