Glass Partition Series

Product Series: Single or double glazed options available.

External Structure: Assembled from high-precision 6063-T5 aluminum alloy extruded profiles.

Internal Structure: Constructed from 1.2mm double-sided galvanized steel plates, formed in one pass by a specialized high-precision machine, ensuring high precision with a tolerance of 0.5mm. It boasts strong stability, safety, and fire resistance with a melting point of approximately 1500°C, significantly higher than the full aluminum frame wall system (aluminum alloy melting point around 660°C, most below this value).

Wall Panels: Double or single layer panels, available with glass panels (thickness: 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm), melamine boards, solid wood panels, or other materials.

Interior wall cavity: filled with 50MM thick sound-insulating glass wool, rock wool, or other materials.

Translucent cavity: Equipped with 25MM or 16MM metal louvers (optional with manual or electric control devices)

Common Color Schemes: Silver White Electro-phoresis, Black Sand Texture, Grey Sand Texture, National Standard Oxidation, White, Champagne Electro-phoresis. Other colors available upon request.
