Product Details

The automatic graphite water spray machine is primarily used for cooling the mold surface during hot forging and for lubricating the mold cavity, thereby extending the mold's service life and assisting in forging pressure. The equipment features an automatic cavity structure design and utilizes an intelligent control system to achieve the atomization and spray of the mold. It also includes automatic stirring, parameter adjustment, and angle adjustment functions for enhanced intelligence. Different installation methods for the body are available to meet various customers' site requirements.

The complete unit is made of 304 stainless steel, and the main structure consists of a graphite water storage tank, a fresh water tank, a gas storage cylinder, a graphite water reserve tank, electrical equipment, and an automatic stirring device, among other critical components.

Sliding table and cantilever type spray mechanisms, as well as displacement mechanisms, are equipped with high-speed, high-precision servo motors, fitted with high-torque reducers, and feature electromagnetic clamping brakes. This allows for high-speed operation, high precision, and multi-position control modes.

The cylinder-type water-spraying mechanism utilizes high-speed, high-precision rodless cylinders or rotating cylinders, enabling high-speed and high-precision centralized sprinkling patterns.

Sliding Table Graphite Water Spray Machine - Motor Type

External, the equipment can be placed on the back of the press, and the spray nozzles and water tank are integrated into one unit.

Applicable to long mold, wide mold, and molds requiring multi-point spray. The slider stroke can be customized to different types of presses.

Utilizing high-precision lead screws and high-speed servo motors, the system achieves multi-position, high-speed, and high-precision graphite water spray, with spray time adjustable at will. The spray range can be adjusted according to the actual mold cavity, setting the start and end spray points. The water-to-air ratio during spraying can be freely adjusted. In the standby or shutdown state of the equipment, the spray mechanism retracts and folds to save user space, maximizing user-friendliness.

Overhanging Arm Graphite Water Spray Nozzle - Motor Type

Back-mounted, the equipment is fixed on the back of the press, with the spray nozzle moving mechanism and water tank structures installed separately.

Suitable for long molds, round molds, and molds requiring multi-angle spray. The rotation angle can be adjusted according to different types of press machines.

Utilizing a high-angled rotating platform with a high-torque reducer and a high-speed servo motor, multi-position, high-speed and high-precision graphite spray nozzles can be achieved.

Spray time is freely adjustable. The spray range can be set according to the actual mold cavity, adjusting the start and end points of the spray. The water-to-air ratio during the spray can be freely adjusted. The spray duration is adjustable as well.
