Usage:

The system is suitable for friction pressure machine line改造. It features a microcomputer control board, a swing-mounted anti-vibration design, multi-functional striking modes, enabling single-click, double-click, and continuous multi-position striking. The striking force can be easily adjusted. It comes with a digital display panel, simple operation, multi-functional alarm signal indicators, and is convenient for maintenance. It also includes three levels of anti-collision protection functions.

(1) Limited-time Protection Feature: Protects against switch failure before the extruder rod reaches the top, preventing blowout.

(2) Limit Protection: Protects against over-pressurization in the event of brake spring breakage.

(3) Limit Switch for Proximity: Divided into upper limit switch, middle limit switch, and lower limit switch. In the working process, if any switch fails, it can quickly disconnect the rising signal output and the rapid positioning slider's upward travel.
