Usage:

This equipment is suitable for the heat treatment surface oxidation removal of hot forging products on forging lines. It features a full stainless steel body, equipped with a variable frequency drive for quick speed adjustment, and a high-head, energy-saving water pump to ensure water pressure. It also boasts intelligent PC electrical control and multiple safety protection functions.
The equipment oxidation scale treatment center is properly arranged with high-pressure nozzles, ensuring a 360-degree coverage with no blind spots. This allows for thorough oxidation scale treatment on each workpiece surface, enhancing the product's surface smoothness while reducing the labor intensity for workers, effectively improving work efficiency.
The core nozzle of the equipment utilizes a ceramic high-pressure nozzle, tripling its lifespan. The transmission section features high-temperature and wear-resistant PTFE guides, enhancing the lifespan of the conveying chain. Besides using a permanent magnet separator for automatic cleaning of the oxide scale in the water tank, the external tank is equipped with a second-level permanent magnet oxide scale processor, ensuring the cleanliness of the water inside the tank and simultaneously extending the equipment's lifespan.
