Polymer Alloy Plastic Bridgeway Installation Standards

High polymer alloy plastic bridge structures should be installed below flammable and explosive gas pipelines and thermal pipelines, and the clear distance from the pipelines should comply with the relevant regulations.

When installing high polymer alloy plastic bridgeway conduit boxes alongside water pipes, they should be mounted above the water pipes.

When setting parallel vertical and horizontal surfaces for hot water pipes and steam pipes, the count should be placed below the hot water pipes and steam pipes in the system. In more difficult cases, they can be laid above the hot water pipes and steam pipes; the smaller safety distance between the relationships should comply with regulations.

4. Construct fire-resistant partitions, set up ladders, trays, and electrical shaft boxes, crossing through floors and different fire-resistant zones. The high polymer alloy plastic bridge trays or tray supports installed within the electrical shafts must not be mounted on the horizontal arms of fixed cables; supports should be set at intervals of 3 to 5 floors.

When placing ladders, trays, and water tanks outdoors, take rain protection measures when entering indoors or electrical distribution boxes (cabinets), and ensure the bottom of the water tank has a drainage hole.

6. Welding brackets is prohibited on the steel structural components of load-bearing buildings, and hot processing to create holes is not allowed.

7. Horizontal installation of support brackets should be 1.5m to 3.0m apart, and the spacing of a single bracket in vertical installation should not exceed 2m.

When using metal to be suspended, the diameter of the round steel should generally not be less than 8mm, and there should be vibration-resistant brackets designed. A fixed bracket should be present at 0.3m to 0.5m from the branch or end. For areas where the tray or box exceeds 15m in length, expansion joints should be installed. Compensation devices should be set when the ladder frame, tray, and trough pass through the building's deformation joints. The fixing bolts for the ladder frame, tray, tank, bracket, and connecting plate should be tightened without omission. The nuts should be located externally on the ladder frame, tray, and tank, and should be insulated from each other, which is a preventive measure against electrochemical corrosion for high molecular alloy plastic bridge structures.
