Structural Features:

1. Workbench

The worktable of the龙门 machining center is basically rectangular. Large castings such as the worktable, bed, pillars, beams, and sliding cradles are made of cast iron or welded components. The internal cavity of the castings features a honeycomb composite arrangement, with advanced design. All castings are heat-treated and undergo secondary tempering to eliminate residual internal stresses, ensuring material stability and maintaining consistent machining accuracy and extending the machine tool's lifespan.

2 Dragon Gate

The gantry is composed of a beam and two columns. It is divided into three types: beam fixed, beam locked in segments with positioning blocks, and beam free lifting.

3 Pillow Inserts

The sliding pad can be divided into two types of structures: open and closed. An open-type sliding pad is clamped to the main shaft box by pressure plates, featuring a large cross-sectional area; while a closed-type sliding pad is clamped inside the main shaft box, with a smaller cross-sectional area.

4 Knife Magazines

The basic types of tool magazines include the turntable type, drum type, and chain type.

5 Attachment Header Library

Manufacturing large and complex parts often requires numerous attachment heads. These heads are specially designed according to the machining requirements of the workpiece and are generally categorized into right-angle heads, extended heads, and special angle heads, etc.

6 CNC Systems

Numerous CNC system suppliers exist, offering a variety of brands and models to meet different requirements.

7 Precision

Machine tool accuracy refers to the original precision of the machine tool under the condition of no external load. Precision is usually expressed by its opposite—deviation from the ideal state (shortened to error), with smaller error indicating higher precision.
