3. Sample piece requirements

3.1 General Provisions for Sample Pieces and Their Quantities

Trial pieces are products or prototypes awaiting shipment.

3.2 Material and processing accuracy of the test piece

The main parts should meet the standards for material, heat treatment, and machining, with proper inspection records. If necessary, verify the production inspection records or randomly inspect key items prior to testing.

5 Installation and Commissioning

All test equipment (excluding electrical power supply equipment) should be mounted (or integrated) on the same platform, with the requirement that all components be level, centered, and the system operate smoothly. Perform static zeroing first, followed by dynamic zeroing.

6 Test Content and Requirements

6.1 Requirements for Factory Testing of Planetary Reduction Section

6.1.1 Empty Load Test

Tested at the rated speed of 1890 rpm.

b) The reducer operates continuously for 20 minutes.

Requirements: (1) All connectors and fasteners must not loosen; (2) Operation must be smooth with no abnormal noises; (3) Sufficient lubrication with no leakage at any sealing or junction points; (4) Measure and record the shell temperature at the oil sump and bearing (oil temperature should be below 80℃); (5) Record and draw the oil sump temperature rise curve of the reducer under no-load conditions.

6.1.2 Load Test

Test conducted at rated speed of 1890 rpm.

b) Load sequentially at 25% (32kW), 50% (63.5kW), and 75% (95kW) of rated input power, with the reducer operating continuously for 25 minutes at each level.

(1) All connectors and fasteners must not loosen; (2) Operation should be smooth with no abnormal sounds; (3) Sufficient lubrication, with no leakage at all sealing and junction points; (4) Record the speed, torque, and power of the reducer; (5) Record the housing temperature at the oil sump and bearings (oil temperature should be below 90℃); (6) Record and draw the oil sump temperature rise curve of the reducer under the corresponding load.
