The eddy current dynamometer is one of the most advanced loading equipment in China, particularly for the power and micro-power dynamic mechanical loading tests, including both low-speed and high-speed loading tests for various dynamic mechanical systems. Compared to other types of loading equipment, it offers a significant advantage in terms of performance, cost, reliability, and maintenance.
YWZ series electrical eddy current dynamometers are specifically designed for the output characteristics of small and medium-sized internal combustion engines. They feature a simple structure, wide testing area, and excellent repeatability, making them highly suitable for various small and medium-sized internal combustion engines and their components, as well as for power performance testing and load application under different operating conditions.

I. Working and Environmental Conditions for Product Use
Electrodynamic eddy current brakes are equipped with a dedicated matching current stabilizing power supply.
Cooling water is ordinary freshwater; water pressure: 0.02~0.1 Mpa; specific water flow rate is shown in Figure 9.
Ambient Temperature: -10℃ to 40℃
Relative Humidity: 20~90% RH
II. Main Technical Parameters
1. Key performance indicators are listed in Tables 1 and 2.
2. Cooling Water Pressure: 0.02~0.1 Mpa. Adjust the water pressure based on the outlet water temperature; increase the pressure slightly as the outlet water temperature rises to lower it.
Cooling Water Flow: The cooling water volume depends on the temperature difference between the incoming and outgoing water and the size of the absorption power, see Figure 9 for details.
3. Electric eddy current brake outlet water temperature ≤ 55℃
Note: The WZW-P type is a low-speed, high-torque series of eddy current brakes.
