2. After understanding the client's requirements for the product, the sheet metal processing selects different processes based on each client's product, while also noting important points in the process drawings.

3. The engineering department receives the drawings and proceeds to create the process drawings. The drawings made by the process engineer must be reviewed by another process engineer, and upon completion, signed off before being issued to the workshop.

4. CNC Cutting: The first piece of CNC cutting must undergo a full inspection, including checking the parts cut by CNC punch, laser cutting machines, etc., for dimensions and unfolding. Only when all initial pieces pass the inspection can mass production commence.

5. Ensure initial confirmation of the bending direction and size before bending. Once confirmed, begin mass production. Re-inspection is required when changing operators or molds.

6. Finished Products - For welding or bending finished products, conduct random size inspections according to the drawings, verifying each dimension. Additionally, perform a full inspection of the appearance. Adjust any non-compliant items promptly and re-inspect. Also, fill out the inspection report form.

7. Surface Treatment: Conduct full inspection of the product's appearance after surface treatment.

8. No shipment of products that have not passed inspection is permitted.

9. The first piece requires inspection by the operator, and the finished product also requires operator inspection. Only after the inspector signs off on the quality can it be stored in the warehouse.
