Can cold-rolled coils and cold-rolled sheets be collectively referred to as cold-rolled thin plate?

Cold rolled steel coils are produced from hot rolled coils, through rolling below the recrystallization temperature at room temperature. They include plates and coils, and many domestic steel mills such as Baosteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Angang Steel, etc., are capable of producing them. Sheets delivered in flat packs are referred to as steel plates, also known as box plates or flat plates; those delivered in long lengths as coils are called steel strips, also known as coil plates.
