Solving Common Issues with Conveyor Belt Vulcanizing Machines: When using a manual pump to apply pressure, if the pressure does not increase, check if the water inlet of the pressure plate is being pressed shut due to over-tightened machine frame bolts. If so, loosen the bolts slightly. Additionally, inspect for air leaks in the manual pump or loose joints, and tighten them. Also, check for any damaged gaskets on the water pressure pump. Some users have reported that after vulcanization, the conveyor belt sticks to the heating plate. This issue occurs because users fail to place newspapers or talcum powder between the upper and lower heating plates as per the operating instructions, leading to direct contact between the heating plate and the conveyor belt. To resolve this, simply clean the heating plate. By strictly following the operational procedures during subsequent use, this issue should not recur.
