The vulcanization time of the belt vulcanizer. This is a critical factor affecting the vulcanization of the four-column belt vulcanizer. Too short a time results in insufficient vulcanization (also known as under-vulcanization). Too long a time leads to over-vulcanization. Only an appropriate vulcanization level (commonly referred to as optimal vulcanization) for the flat belt vulcanizer can ensure the best overall performance.
