GRC component work environment: The construction has been completed and passed the final acceptance inspection. The flatness and vertical angles meet the standard requirements, and the structural surfaces must be firm and tidy.

GRC component drilling: As GRC decorative components rely on anchor bolts to secure them to the concrete structure, it is crucial that the drilling depth, hole diameter, and location meet the specifications. Different components require different anchor bolts. Drill holes based on the spacing of the holes in the component and the control lines on the surface. When fixing the component, be cautious to protect the GRC during the anchoring process and avoid bending the galvanized parts to prevent damaging the bonding strength between the GRC and the concrete, as well as the component's load-bearing points. If the decorative overall surface of the installation plan cannot cover the anchor bolts, consider the embedment depth of the anchor bolt ends during the drilling process and moderately expand the concrete surface.

GRG walls typically do not require maintenance after completion and handover, but during use, you should still pay attention to the following points:

1. Maintain good ventilation indoors. Try to keep the indoor temperature and humidity consistent with the outdoor ones.

2. Avoid heavy objects impacting the walls. Mild impacts may leave marks or pockmarks on the walls; when the impact force exceeds the larger breaking load of GRG products, it can cause the walls to crack, and in severe cases, may lead to wall detachment.

3. When cleaning walls, minimize the use of wet materials. Contact with wet substances may cause a chemical reaction on the surface coating of GRG walls, leading to discoloration; as much as possible, use soft, dry items for cleaning.

4. In the event of wall damage due to external forces, the damaged area can be trimmed and repaired. Once the repairs are complete, there will be no trace left, restoring the wall to its original overall appearance.
