Planetary mixer is a new type, multi-functional homogenizing mixer, also a kind of chemical machinery. Chinese name: Planetary mixer, English name: Planetary mixer
Operating Principle
Planetary mixers typically feature 2 or 3 multi-layered, foldable blades. The blades rotate both in a circular motion and independently, causing the material to flow up and around, achieving a mixing effect in a very short period of time.
The planetary mixer's cylinder inner wall is precision machined on a large lathe and then automatically polished by a large polishing machine, ensuring that the moving scraper on the planetary frame completely removes the material from the cylinder inner wall during rotation. This machine is particularly suitable for dissolving, mixing, blending, and polymerizing materials such as pastes, high-viscosity, and high-density substances.
Performance Features
1. Vacuum-resistant: Allows materials to be operated under vacuum conditions.
2. The reactor vessel can be heated by electricity, steam, water, and oil circulation. A unique temperature detection device on the drive shaft ensures that the material temperature error is less than ±1°C. The jacket, bottom jacket, and jacket internal coil, as well as the flow plate, can achieve cooling. 3. The inner wall of the reactor vessel is precision machined on a large lathe and then automatically polished by a large polishing machine, ensuring that the moving scraper (suitable for sealant) on the planetary frame completely removes the material from the inner wall of the reactor vessel during rotation. 4. The reactor features a helical frame stirrer (paddles with 3-4mm spacing between paddles and between paddles and the vessel wall), with multiple blades, which rotates both in a circular motion and self-rotates, causing the material to flow up and down and around, achieving mixing (mixing) effects in a very short time. 5. The circular and self-rotating motion of the stirrer in the reactor is achieved with variable frequency speed control (variable frequency motor), allowing for different speeds based on various processes and different viscosities. The speed measurement system directly provides the current rotational speed of the stirrer.
