Planetary mixer is a new type, multi-functional homogenizing mixer, also a type of chemical machinery. Chinese name: 行星搅拌机; English name: Planetary mixer
Working Principle
Planetary mixers typically feature 2 or 3 multi-layered folding blades, which rotate both in a circular motion and independently, causing the material to flow up and around, achieving a thorough mix in a short span of time.
The cylinder wall of the planetary mixer is precision machined on a large lathe and then automatically polished by a large polishing machine, ensuring that the active scraper on the planetary frame can completely remove materials from the cylinder wall during rotation. This machine is particularly suitable for dissolving, mixing, blending, and polymerizing materials such as pastes, high-viscosity, and high-density substances.

2. The reactor vessel can be heated by electric, steam, water, and oil circulation. The unique temperature detection device on the drive shaft ensures that the material temperature error is less than ±1°C. The jacket, bottom jacket, and jacket internal coil, as well as the flow plate, can achieve cooling. 3. The inner wall of the reactor vessel is precision machined on a large lathe and then automatically polished by a large polishing machine, ensuring that the moving scraper (suitable for sealant) on the planetary frame completely removes the material from the inner wall of the reactor vessel during rotation. 4. The reactor features a helical frame stirrer (paddles with a spacing of 3-4mm between paddles and vessel wall) with multiple blades, which rotates both in a circular motion and self-rotates, causing the material to flow up and down and around, achieving mixing (mixing) effects in a very short time. 5. The circular and self-rotating motion of the stirrer in the reactor is achieved using variable frequency speed control (variable frequency motor), allowing for different speeds to be selected based on different processes and viscosities. The speed measurement system directly provides the current speed of the stirrer.
