    Safety Precautions for Tubular Centrifuges

    2023-02-06

High-speed tube-type separator rotating parts endure significant centrifugal force. Safety must be strictly observed, and operation procedures must be adhered to, to prevent personal injury or property loss!!!

Read this manual thoroughly before installation and use; operators must undergo on-the-job training.

1.1 The motor must be disconnected from the belt to operate independently.

1.2  Do not start the centrifuge until the drum is mounted on the main shaft and the connecting nuts are tightened.

Do not start the centrifuge before the belt is properly tensioned and installed.

Do not start the centrifuge before the lower bearing assembly is properly installed.

Before loading the drum, it is essential to manually check if the sliding bearing is smooth and apply lubricating oil.

1.6  Prior to initiating the centrifuge. No content provided for translation.Turn the drum by handRotaryShould run smoothly and steadilyIn the event of significant shaking or contact, the cause must be identified, the fault rectified, and the centrifuge must not be started otherwise.

Prior to installing the protective sleeve, open gland, and upper housing, the centrifuge must not be operated. Ensure no objects are left around the rotating components before starting the centrifuge.

As of 1.8, used centrifugal drums must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected each time they are not in use. No material residue should remain on the drum wall or outlet. Properly store them on designated racks.

1.9  Centrifuge speed 16RMB 0.00 per minute, operate suspension liquid specific gravity1.2 g/cm³, specific gravity of solids < 4 g/cm³, temperature < 70°C, do not exceed during use. Any changes require manufacturer's approval.

The voltage and capacity parameters of the power supply must comply with the motor's label specifications, and the starter must have phase failure protection.

During acceleration and decoupling, if abnormal vibrations and noises occur, the machine must be immediately stopped for inspection.

Do not frequently start within a short period to avoid damaging the motor.

The centrifuge cannot be fed until it reaches the rated speed; generally, feeding occurs after 2 minutes of startup.

During the operation from startup to shutdown of the centrifuge, it is strictly prohibited to open the cabinet door.

1.15 The centrifuge has not been fully stopped.Do not touch rotating parts with any objects. No disassembly or removal of any parts connected to the centrifuge is permitted.

The separation process has concluded. First, the supply of materials must be cut off, and the machine can only be shut down after the drum has stopped discharging.

The centrifuge can only be stopped by free inertial means; no manual braking measures are permitted.

No parts of the centrifuge should be dismantled with a pipe wrench.

1.19 No part from one drum may be interchanged with any part from another drum.

After the drum and shaft are separated, the T38 thread on the top of the drum must be fitted with a protective sleeve.

After removing the bottom cover on 1.21, the bottom end face of the drum should not come into direct contact with any hard object to prevent affecting the drum's sealing integrity.

On the centrifuge, any rotating parts must be inspected for changes and the lubrication wear on the relative moving parts each time they are disassembled or assembled. If any abnormalities are found, they must be repaired or replaced immediately.

On 1.23, it is essential to regularly inspect the wear condition of the sliding bearing and the bottom cover gasket. When the inner diameter of the sliding bearing is equal to or greater than φ36.4mm, or the outer diameter of the lower end cap sleeve is equal to or less than φ34.5mm.Please provide the Chinese content to be translated. Please exchange.

Any part wear on the centrifuge that exceeds the allowable limit must be stopped for use to ensure operational safety.

On 1.25, add lubricant to the lower bearing before each startup, and the headstock, which requires lubrication once a week. Each of the two oiling holes on the headstock should be filled with 4-5cc. The pressure roller belt should be lubricated every four weeks.

On 1.26, the centrifuge was moved to a new location. Prior to use, please ensure the motor rotates in the clockwise direction when viewed from above.

On 1.27, when replacing parts on the centrifuge, the parts are provided by the machine manufacturer. Replacement parts must be approved by the machine manufacturer.

On 1.28, disassembly, assembly, and maintenance of centrifuges must be carried out by trained professionals and strictly in accordance with relevant requirements.
