Non-impulse Flow Tank

The flow stabilizer tank, also known as a vacuum tank, contains vacuum breakers, etc., and is primarily used in modern high-rise water supply systems. It is an indispensable component for pressure-free water supply equipment.

Vacuum Control Technology:

The system is set to a constant pressure value. If the pipeline pressure exceeds the set pressure, the pressure transmitter will feed back the pipeline pressure to the variable frequency control cabinet. Potable water can then be directly supplied to the user's pipeline network. When the municipal pipeline pressure changes or the water usage in the user's pipeline network varies, causing the pipeline pressure to fall below the set pressure, the pressure transmitter will feed back the pipeline pressure to the PID controller in the variable frequency control cabinet. The PID controller adjusts the output frequency of the variable frequency drive, starts the pump set, and regulates the pump speed to maintain constant pressure supply. If the water supply requirements cannot be met, the control cabinet will control the start and stop of multiple fixed-frequency pumps and the speed of the variable-frequency pumps to achieve the constant pressure variable flow water supply requirement.

Vacuum Extraction Technology:

The pressure-free equipment utilizes microcomputer variable frequency technology and effective vacuum treatment technology to achieve pressure boosting water supply. Specifically, the equipment achieves direct connection to the municipal water supply network through the vacuum compensation system of the flow stabilizing tank and its fully enclosed structure, overcoming adverse effects on the network. It collects vacuum and water level signals within the flow stabilizing tank by means of the network pressure gauge, vacuum pump, and detection device in the flow stabilizing compensator, providing real-time feedback. The microcomputer controls the special device in the vacuum pump and flow stabilizing compensator, generating vacuum to ensure the flow stabilizing tank eliminates vacuum without affecting the urban water network.

When the municipal water pipeline is shut off, the pump unit can still operate until the pressure in the surge tank drops below the lower limit pressure set by the electrical contact, at which point it will automatically shut down. After water supply resumes, it will automatically start up again. During a power outage, the pump unit stops functioning, and tap water can enter the user's pipeline through a direct pipeline. Upon power restoration, the unit will automatically start up and resume normal water supply.

Vacuum System:

Based on the vacuum generation conditions, utilizing intelligent control technology, the equipment operates automatically according to the pipeline requirements, eliminating the vacuum inside the surge tank. When the main pipeline pressure operates above the set protection pressure, the equipment supplies water normally. When the main pipeline pressure operates below the set protection pressure, the water supply equipment reduces pressure and supplies water, automatically adjusting the equipment's operating conditions. When the main pipeline pressure further drops below the restricted operating pressure, the water supply equipment stops running, ensuring the equipment smoothly and stably regulates the pump outlet flow under the constraints of the pipeline, to the fullest extent meeting user requirements.
