Dye Remover for Ink is a specialized solution for de-colorizing ink on cardboard, designed for water-based inks (coatings) that are not effectively treated by standard de-colorizers. It is suitable for treating high concentration and high chroma water-based ink and coating wastewater. It achieves this by producing ionic neutralization through interactions with anionic groups such as sulfonic and hydroxyl groups in soluble molecules, forming substances easy to remove. It also utilizes its significant surface area during hydrolysis to act as a bridging agent, capturing and adsorbing colloidal particles through networking, thereby achieving purification and de-colorization of the water body.
The product is a quaternary ammonium salt-type organic cationic polymer compound with decolorization function, serving as an inorganic flocculant for decolorization. Comparative test results of the sample indicate: for the same wastewater, under the same dosage, the product exhibits excellent decolorization performance. The decolorization rate of the product for wastewater ranges between 40% and 70%.
Application Range:
Primarily used in industries such as printing, cardboard, dyeing, papermaking, chemicals, oil, and coking.
Quality Specifications:
Appearance Colorless or light blue transparent liquid pH Value (direct measurement) <2.0 Ionity Cationic Density (20℃) g/cm3 1.00-1.10
Usage Instructions: Prior to use, simply add this product directly to the wastewater, then stir vigorously for 3-5 minutes. Follow with slow stirring for several minutes to form flocs. Afterward, use an air flotation or sedimentation unit for solid-liquid separation. This product can be used alone or in combination with polyacrylamide or other inorganic water treatment chemicals to reduce treatment costs and facilitate settling of the flocs, thereby enhancing the treatment efficiency. The pH range of the wastewater should be between 7-10. For direct dye removal, the dosage is typically around 200-500 ppm.
Storage and Packaging:
1. Plastic drum packaging available in sizes of 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg, etc.
2. This product is a general chemical, suitable for storage at temperatures between 5-30°C. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
3. This product has a shelf life of 6 months.
4. Due to the slightly acidic nature of this product, the drug addition device must be manufactured from acid-resistant materials.
5. Avoid skin contact during use by workers. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
