The double-screw conical mixer is suitable for industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, food, pesticides, fertilizers, pigments, dyes, rubber, etc., for mixing powders with powders, powders with liquids, and can be equipped with functions like spray liquid, heating/cooling, vacuum, and positive pressure.
This machine has strong adaptability to mixtures; it does not overheat sensitive materials; it does not crush or compact granular materials; it prevents separation of mixed materials with vastly different densities and particle sizes; and it also adapts well to the mixing of various particle sizes, fibers, or sheet materials such as coarse, fine, and ultra-fine powders.

Operating Principle:
The agitator components of a mixer typically consist of two asymmetric spirals. These spirals rapidly rotate to lift the material upwards, creating an asymmetric helical flow along the cylinder wall from bottom to top. At the same time, the spirals move in a circular motion along the bucket wall due to the swing arm's rotation, allowing varying degrees of material outside the spirals to enter the enveloping helical line. Some material is displaced upwards, while other material is ejected from the spirals, continuously refreshing and diffusing the material across the full circumference. The material lifted to the top converges towards the central凹穴, forming a downward flow, thus creating a convection cycle. Through continuous shearing, convection, and diffusion, the material is rapidly and evenly mixed within a short period.

Mixers can be customized in carbon steel, manganese steel, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, 321 stainless steel, and other steel materials, and different materials can also be combined.
Material selection differentiation: parts in contact with materials and parts not in contact with materials; within the mixer, functional coatings or protective layers such as corrosion resistance, anti-adhesion, insulation, and wear resistance can be specifically added; surface treatment for stainless steel includes sandblasting, brushed finish, polishing, and mirror finish, which can be applied to different usage areas.
Section 2: Reliable Drive Configuration
The mixer is equipped with different power and capability drive units based on material properties, startup methods, and process requirements; the twin-screw conical mixer's dual-output reducer assembly box features a custom combination using cycloidal pinions, gears, and worm gears and screws.
1. Utilizing a two-stage cycloidal pinion reducer, the top cover features a fixed arched structure.
2. Gear and cycloid compound reduction structure used; top cover features a flanged elliptical head structure.
3. Equipped with a two-stage gear reducer box, featuring a flat flange cover structure.
4. Gear and turbine compound reduction structure; the top cover is a flanged flat plate design.
Section 3: Efficient Mixing Equipment

Four: Excellent material feeding device
The twin-screw cone mixer is equipped with a powder spherical valve or a plum blossom misalignment valve; the convex spherical surface of the powder spherical valve fits against the bottom of the spiral, significantly reducing dead zones in stirring, and achieving a larger discharge port area, ensuring minimal residue during discharge. The spherical valve offers excellent sealing properties for powders, liquids, and even vacuum conditions; the plum blossom misalignment valve allows for simple operation, controlling the discharge speed, and can be combined with a long spiral bottom support device.
Valve actuators can be categorized into three types: manual, pneumatic, and electric.
Five: Various Opening Methods
The drum cover of the mixer can be equipped with different types of openings to meet various operating conditions; according to the function of the openings, options include manholes, feeding ports, exhaust ports, dust removal ports, and cleaning ports; the opening styles include flanged standard openings and quick-opening hinged doors.
Six: Robust Auxiliary Components
The double-screw cone mixer can be equipped with a circulating medium jacket or a steam coil jacket for temperature control during mixing; the contact surface of the mixer body with the material can be coated with anti-corrosion, anti-adhesion, and metal isolation coatings tailored to the material properties; the mixing screws can be surfacing-welded with wear-resistant alloys for applications with high wear rates; when adding a small amount of liquid, a liquid spray nozzle system is required for more even dispersion and mixing within the main material. The liquid spray system consists of three basic modules: a pressure source, a storage tank, and a nozzle; other systems include the dust removal system, weighing system, feeding system, temperature control system, and vacuum system.
