This equipment has pressure-bearing capabilities, suitable for mixing production in conjunction with vacuum extraction processes. Optional accessories include liquid spray devices, heating and drying units, etc.

Operating Principle:
The mixed materials spiral and rise along the shaft under the action of the outer large helical belt, while the middle reverse helical screw agitator spirals the materials downward, causing the materials to perform alternating up and down and circular motion within the drum, achieving the required uniformity of mixing.

Industry Applications:
The mixer, with different agitation components, is suitable for blending thick pastes and solid powders. The drum has no driving parts, eliminating the need for sealing and lubrication, making it particularly ideal for industries that demand strict control over impurities, such as food and battery manufacturing.

Cooling and Heating
An annular jacket can be added to the mixing extruder, and cooling or heating of the material can be achieved by injecting cold or hot medium into the jacket; cooling is typically done by pumping industrial water, while heating can be achieved through steam, electrically heated water, or heat transfer oil.

The material can be manually added, fed by a vacuum loader, or introduced via conveying machinery. In specific processes, the mixer drum can be designed as a vacuum chamber. Using flexible hoses, flowable dried materials can be suctioned into the mixing chamber for blending, thereby avoiding residues and contamination during the material addition process.

Standard equipment typically features a plum blossom-shaped eccentric valve, which fits tightly against the bottom of the long helix to effectively reduce mixing dead corners; it offers both manual and pneumatic drive options.
