The product is dropped into the conical mixing chamber from the top, while the shaft with blades in the middle of the equipment rotates at high speed. The product is transported from the bottom to the upper part of the mixing chamber through the combined action of the high-speed rotating agitator blades and the conical drum. When the product reaches the top, it falls back to the bottom, repeating this cycle to achieve uniform mixing and modification effects.
This model can also be used for slurry mixing modification and drying, featuring an optional spray device for adding surface modifier to the powder material. The jacket can be heated or cooled with water, and it is compatible with a solvent condensation recovery unit.
