Equipment Introduction
The Horizontal Dry Ball Mill is a machine that grinds materials using a wet process. The grinding cylinder is cylindrical roller type, capable of being lined with polyurethane, nylon, or lined with alumina tiles.

Operating Principle
Material is fed into the inner cylinder from the top, containing various sizes of grinding balls. The motor drives the cylinder to rotate, generating centrifugal force that lifts the steel balls to a certain height before they fall, impacting and grinding the material. This process achieves the goal of crushing and refining the material. After grinding, the powdered material exits through the discharge outlet grille, completing the powder grinding operation.

Operation Process
1. Additive
Open the grinding drum cover, add the material to the drum containing the abrasive, then close the cover.
Note: The added materials and grinding media must be pre-calculated and cannot be overloaded.
2. Abrasive materials
Set the abrasive time, start the abrasive process, and the ball mill drum rotates from the bottom up facing the front.
3. Unloading Materials
The ball mill reaches the grinding time, it will automatically shut down. Press the "Step" button, rotate the discharge port of the ball mill to the top, open the ball mill cover, and replace the discharge grate; start the ball mill to begin discharging. After the material is completely discharged, turn off the ball mill.

1. Optimized cylinder speed design allows the ball mill media balls to form an inclined flow movement for material dispersion, achieving superior grinding effects and quickly reducing material particle size.
2. Equipped with a heavy-duty variable frequency drive, capable of overload start-up, variable speed, smooth start, thus reducing mechanical shock, protecting the motor, and offering flexible and safe operation.
3. The machine is equipped with a digital timer control, allowing for the setting of work duration as needed, with features for pause and cumulative timing, and is easy to operate.
