Equipment Introduction:
High-shear emulsifying pumps are continuous production or circulation processing equipment for emulsifying fine materials. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, narrowing the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials through the application of mechanical force, evenly distributing one phase into another or multiple phases, achieving the effects of refining, homogenizing, and dispersing emulsions, thereby forming a stable emulsion state. The feed pump can be configured in the upstream of the high-shear emulsifying pump, making it suitable for medium to high viscosity materials. The equipment has low noise, stable operation, no dead corners, and ensures that 100% of the material passes through the dispersion and shearing action. It also features short-distance and low-lift conveying capabilities.
The emulsifying pumps are categorized as single-stage and three-stage based on the logarithm of the impeller stage. Generally, the three-stage pump is twice as efficient as the single-stage pump.

Operating Principle:
The cutting emulsifying pump features a horizontal structure. Within the狭长的 working chamber, there is a set or three sets of rotating stators. These stators can be designed as two, four, or six-layer structures, with an even coupling and high compatibility. Driven by the motor, the intermediate shaft operates at high speed, creating a vacuum in the rotating stators. Materials are吸入 from the inlet into the stator chamber. The strong kinetic energy generates a high linear velocity in the rotors, causing the material to undergo intense impact, fragmentation, centrifugal squeezing, liquid layer friction, and powerful shearing between the rotating and stator gaps before being ejected out. Under the influence of various different directional forces, a powerful turbulent flow is produced, and the material is discharged from the outlet. Multiple cycles of operation are possible.

Common Processes:
Online dispersion equipment, installed on piping for continuous material processing. Emulsifying pumps are suitable for continuous emulsification or dispersion of multiphase liquid media, while also serving as conveyors for low-viscosity liquid media. They can also achieve proportional continuous mixing of powders and liquids. Widely used in industries such as food, cosmetics, chemicals, mining, papermaking, water treatment, and other fine chemical industries.
High-shear emulsifying pumps are suitable for emulsifying and homogenizing fluids with viscosities below 10,000 cps.
Emulsification: The process of preparing a stable emulsion from incompatible liquids.
Homogenization: A process of further disassembling, refining, and evening out the dispersed phase within a dispersion system.
Dispersed: Paste prepared for solid-liquid dispersion systems, consisting of insoluble solid powder or dispersed in a liquid.
Solubility: Solutions prepared by dissolving solid or liquid solutes in another liquid
Mixed: Uniformly blend various dispersed systems to prepare a new material
