The hydraulic lifting multi-functional mixer is a versatile blending equipment developed and improved based on the practical testing of hydraulic lifting single-axis mixing equipment. It features two or more mixing methods for emulsification, dispersion, and multi-form mixing. This equipment exhibits greater adaptability to medium-viscosity liquid-liquid, liquid-powder, and liquid-cream materials compared to conventional single-axis mixers. A variety of mixing blades can be selected according to the viscosity and characteristics of the mixing material. By choosing a reasonable configuration based on material properties and production processes, product quality is improved, and production efficiency is increased.
Containers can be separated from the agitator via a lifting mechanism, solving the cleaning and discharge difficulties of fixed equipment.

Common Processes:
Commonly used in the preparation of high-viscosity materials with high solid content by dispersing powders in liquids/gels, or in blending operations between different materials.
In the preparation of medium to high viscosity materials ranging from 1 to 1 million, the multi-functional mixing agitator offers significant improvement over single-axis high-speed emulsification and dispersion equipment, which tends to have weak macro-circulation effects on materials with poor flow properties and low mixing efficiency.
Or in situations where raw materials are difficult to blend or suspend, conventional single-axis high-speed equipment operates with slower local material flow rates, making it hard for bottom materials to participate in the mixing. The combination of high and low speeds not only ensures thorough mixing without any dead spots but also maintains the efficiency of high-speed equipment and the shearing and dispersing functions of high linear velocities.
The multi-functional hybrid mixer with a hydraulic lift can be disassembled from the blades and removed from the container, making it easier to clean and facilitate unloading with the press.
Vacuum Technology: High-viscosity materials generally have low surface tension, making it easy for air bubbles to get trapped during mixing and difficult to naturally escape. Multi-functional mixers often come equipped with a vacuum system, which allows for long-term mixing under vacuum conditions. During mixing, the liquid surface is continuously refreshed, causing the material to circulate vertically. Materials containing bubbles move to the surface and脱离 the material under negative pressure.
Temperature Control Process: High-viscosity materials are more sensitive to temperature, often requiring processes involving heating, cooling, and constant-temperature stirring. Equipment typically features temperature detection and control functions.
Dehydration Industry: Some high polymer materials are sensitive to moisture content, with lower moisture content being more beneficial for material quality. By adjusting the vacuum degree with vacuum technology and the temperature with temperature control technology, it can flexibly meet the requirements of dehydration and moisture reduction at various temperatures.
