1. The layout of the shot-blasting chamber and shot blasters for the steel structure shot blasting machine has been determined through computer 3D dynamic shot blasting simulation. A directly connected overhead cantilever centrifugal shot blaster with a high shot speed of QX30DS is adopted.
The shot blasting chamber body is constructed from 8mm thick steel plate, forming a box-like structure with high strength and no vibration. The interior is protected by cast steel Mn13 guard plates (with a single-shift lifespan of 2-3 years), which are joined with stoppers, effectively extending the service life of the chamber and fully utilizing the反弹 of shot for secondary cleaning.
2. The front and rear sealed compartments utilize an 8-leaf spring V-seal device for effective splash prevention and reduced wear and abrasion on the sealing components. The remaining seals are made with high-wear-resistant rubber plates.
3. To minimize friction during the descent of the pellets, the bins are all equipped with cushioning angle irons.
4. To prevent the workpiece from running off track during loading, stoppers are installed at both ends of the roller conveyor. The number of shot blasting machines to be turned on can be determined based on the size of the workpiece, thereby reducing unnecessary energy waste and also minimizing unnecessary damage to the equipment.
5. The feeding system utilizes a special air-controlled feeding ball valve and workpiece photoelectric detection to prevent the ball from being thrown in vain. Our company uses a compact and lightweight cylinder valve without a base or ear seat, which is more stable and reliable than the traditional cylinder with a base, and is also easy and quick to maintain.
