Integrated precast pumping stations are widely used in municipal engineering, residential areas, rural wastewater discharge, scenic area drainage zones, and other equipment where wastewater cannot be directly discharged into the sewage treatment system by gravity.
Integrated precast pump stations are an ideal solution to replace traditional drainage pump stations. The station is mainly composed of a composite wound glass fiber reinforced plastic cylinder, equipped with submersible污水 pumps, automatic coupling devices, pipes, valves, control systems, ladders, and maintenance platforms. Optional sump grates or crushing grates can be added after the inlet pipes according to customer requirements. The cylinder is fitted with a glass canopy and an intelligent control cabinet, integrating all equipment and instruments into a complete set of equipment.

Utilize high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) cylindrical bodies
The glass fiber reinforced plastic cylinder is made with unidirectional coarse glass fiber roving and chopped strand mat as reinforcement materials, with thermosetting high-strength resin as the matrix. It is continuously wound using computer-controlled winding equipment. Ensures uniform thickness and meets design requirements; the structural layer thickness is determined by the structural design, and its stiffness has been technically verified. The cylinder's Vickers hardness reaches above 40Hba, the compressive strength reaches 120Mpa, the hoop tensile strength reaches 150Mpa, and the axial tensile strength reaches 60Mpa. A leak-proof test is conducted prior to shipment to ensure no leakage. Life expectancy guaranteed for at least 50 years.
Continuous winding process
Our company is equipped with professional glass fiber winding equipment for continuous winding, enhancing the hardness of the glass fiber cylinder. The entire winding process is computer-controlled, ensuring strict manufacturing with precise calculations of the cylinder's longitudinal and lateral stresses. This guarantees uniform thickness and even distribution of glass fibers in both directions, maintaining stable and excellent quality.
Intelligent anti-clogging bottom design
The adoption of the筒体底部 design along with its matching water outlet connections is a rational and economic solution for new construction and improvement of pump stations. The pump station's筒体 bottom has been designed through CFD simulation to ensure hydraulic performance, prevent sedimentation at the bottom, enhance conveying efficiency, and reduce biogas generation.
