Application Fields
The underground sewage lifting integrated intelligent equipment is mainly used for lifting sewage in basements, squares, subway stations, and underground toilets that are far from drainage stacks and do not have self-flowing sewage discharge capability. It can also be used for sewage discharge in places like ships where automatic discharge is not possible due to lack of drainage conditions.

For the complex characteristics of underground toilet sewage quality: large instantaneous water flow, containing a large amount of debris (toilet paper, sanitary napkins, mop heads, towels, cell phones, leather straps, cigarettes, and cigarette boxes, etc.), which may cause fatal damage to the sewage pump's impeller and flow channel, affecting the sewage lifting and discharge. This leads to the underground space toilet being unable to be used normally, with frequent occurrences of dirt, disorder, and odor. Our product features a unique solid-liquid separation professional design, separating debris without affecting the pump impeller and flow channel. The backwashing lifting discharge and the unique hydraulic model design allow debris and sewage to be lifted and discharged together, ensuring wide application in underground spaces.
Unique structure and exterior design make the equipment more aesthetically pleasing and practical. Daily maintenance is simplified. The equipment features a modular design consisting of four main modules: the housing and hydraulic unit, solid-liquid separation unit, pump unit, and control cabinet. It allows for easy assembly and disassembly at any time, ensuring simple maintenance and convenient repairs.
Product Installation and Usage Instructions
The equipment must be fitted with gate valves on both the inlet and outlet, for daily maintenance and inspection purposes. The water level difference between the water supply pipe and the inlet must be at least 50 cm.
Equipment bottom base requirements for fixation: use expansion bolts and clamps.
The equipment ventilation duct should be connected to the outside or to the building's ventilation system.
When the equipment is installed above ground, a drainage ditch should be provided adjacent to it for easy maintenance drainage and emergency drainage.
When using trench installation, a reserved trench must be set: please refer to the equipment installation size table for the dimensions of the reserved trench, and an installation pit must be provided inside.
A 600mm x 600mm x 600mm collecting pit, equipped with a辅助 pump for future maintenance and inspection of the equipment.
