The ZCGT series grease intercepting and lifting integrated equipment is a new "grease intercepting and lifting integrated" model launched by our company in response to environmental protection policies. It features fully automatic grease and solid separation, oil-water separation without manual skimming, and easy operation to save time, laying a solid foundation for the smooth flow of municipal sewage pipelines. This innovative fully automatic grease lifting equipment incorporates advanced domestic and international technology and is independently researched and developed. It boasts a more rational structural design, an easy-to-use fully automatic operation system, and simplified management and maintenance. The equipment is equipped with multiple functions, including automatic separation of debris, sludge separation and collection, automatic separation and collection of grease, and automatic lifting and discharge of wastewater. The effluent water quality meets the environmental protection requirements of CJ343-2010 "Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharge into Urban Sewerage System." The fully automatic oil separator and lifting integrated equipment is suitable for centralized oil removal treatment of kitchen waste water in various commercial complexes, hotels, corporate canteens, catering shops, supermarkets, and other dining establishments. The quality of the raw water must meet the following conditions:
The density of edible oils and fats in culinary wastewater ranges from 0.9g/cm³ to 0.95g/cm³.
Oleic content less than 300 mg/L.
SS concentration less than 285 mg/L;
Wastewater temperature in the catering industry is above 5℃.

Self-developed oil-water separation treatment process design addresses issues such as large instantaneous water flow, complex and high oil content in Chinese cuisine wastewater, and abundant food waste. It meets environmental protection discharge requirements without manual operation. Product Installation and Usage Instructions
The equipment room floor must be level, with adequate maintenance space, and provide lighting and ventilation facilities, with a drainage channel or sump.
The determination of equipment orientation should be considered in advance, otherwise it will inevitably affect the installation, connection, and normal operation and maintenance of the equipment. Connect the main drain pipe of the catering wastewater to the equipment's water intake pipe, connect the equipment's outlet pipe to the drainage connection, connect the equipment's vent pipe to the building's exhaust pipe, and connect the equipment's overflow pipe to the nearest collection pond.
Installation Requirements Technical Description:
★ When installing equipment above ground, the ground must be kept level.
★ The equipment's inlet and outlet ports must be fitted with gate valves for maintenance and inspection purposes.
★The equipment vent pipe should be connected to the outside or to the building's drainage ventilation system:
★Drainage ditches must be provided adjacent to the equipment for easy maintenance drainage and emergency accident drainage.
