Establishing a company requires applying for a legal establishment registration with the company registration authority, obtaining a business license to mint seals, open a bank account, and apply for tax registration. Currently, the company registration authority in our country is the Administration for Market Regulation. Starting from March 1, 2014, the threshold for registering and establishing companies will be lowered. The actual paid-up registered capital system will be changed to a认缴登记 system, and the minimum registered capital limit will be abolished.
