Three-phase separators are suitable for the separation of oil, gas, and water, primarily consisting of two sections: the gas-liquid separation section and the liquid-liquid separation section. Custom designed based on medium characteristics, operating parameters, and separation requirements.
The Asgard Three-Phase Separator is primarily composed of the following parts:
Import Separation Segment:
Based on the gas-liquid flow rate and medium characteristics, set an appropriate inlet size and configure the corresponding inlet pre-separator. The oil, gas, and water three-phase mixture undergoes initial gas-liquid separation, uniform fluid distribution, treatment of slug flow, and degassing and deaeration through the inlet separation section. The inlet devices include baffle type, blade type, and swirl type, etc., which are designed based on the analysis of operating parameters, medium characteristics, slug flow, and degassing/deaeration requirements.
Gas-Liquid Separator/Anti-fog Section:
Asgard Design offers gas-liquid separation, demisting, and defoaming components, including blade type, multi-tube cyclone, multi-tube swirl, conical blade, filtration coalescence, and wire mesh. Tailored selection and design based on actual operating conditions, capable of multi-stage separation configurations to meet stringent demisting requirements. Additionally, it helps reduce costs and extend service life.
Liquid Separation Section:
The liquid-liquid separation primarily relies on gravity separation. It can also be enhanced by incorporating internal components, such as flat plates, corrugated plates, and coalescers, to improve the separation efficiency. Liquid-liquid separation and discharge are achieved through controlling the liquid interface.
Others:
•Orifice plate settings to reduce liquid turbulence.
•Baffle and weir plate settingsTo ensure the oilCondensate and water separation. Additionally, adjustable weirs are available to accommodate various process conditions.
•All liquid exports are equipped with anti-vortex devices to ensure smooth and even drainage operations.
•Sandblasting equipment for cleaning can be installed in a liquid sump to prevent sand carryover issues during operation.
Efficiency:
•Liquid-liquid separation section, water content in oil not exceeding500Micron; oil content in water not exceeding150Micron; Additionally, by increasing components such as agglomeration and separation, it can be elevated to50 microns and even higher.
Design Selection:
Asgard Technology primarily offers two-phaseThree-phase separation technology products, serving the chemical, natural gas, refining and other energy industries. Addressing separation bottlenecks in the production process for clients.
•VerticalHorizontal structure, based on operating conditions and installation requirements.
•Multiple modular structural designs enhance separation efficiency and performance.
•Design and Manufacturing Standards:GB150、ASME;Custom design and selection based on operating conditions.
Application Fields:
