The MNS type low-voltage complete switchgear equipment (hereinafter referred to as the equipment) is a product developed based on the basic design and research of imported switchgear cabinets. It is suitable for systems with an AC rated working voltage of 660V and below at 50 (60) Hz, used for controlling power generation, transmission, distribution, energy conversion, and energy consumption equipment. This device can be configured with different cabinet frame structures and drawer units, utilizing high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components to enhance its protective performance. The drawer units feature compact size, strong functionality, high interchangeability, easy replacement and maintenance, and reliable contact.
The basic cabinet frame is constructed of C-shaped aluminum profiles, with all structural components either galvanized or made with aluminum-zinc coated steel plates. The frame is securely fastened together using 8.8 grade self-tapping screws and hexagonal bolts. Additional components such as doors, covers, partitions, mounting brackets, busbars, and functional units are then added according to the design requirements, forming a complete unit. The dimensions of the components inside the cabinet and the compartment sizes are modularized (modular unit E=25mm). The cabinet protection class is IP3X-IP4X.
