The XGN15-12 type unitized, modular sulfur hexafluoride AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a generation of switchgear that uses sulfur hexafluoride switches as the main switches and employs air insulation in the entire cabinet. It is suitable for distribution automation, offering a compact and expandable metal-enclosed switchgear with simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking, and easy installation. It can provide satisfactory technical solutions for various application scenarios and user requirements.
The adoption of sensor technology and protective relays, combined with advanced technical performance and a lightweight, flexible assembly solution, enables us to meet the ever-changing demands of the market.
The XGN15-12 type unitized sulfur hexafluoride gas insulated switchgear is suitable for AC power systems at 50Hz and 12kV, and is widely used in industrial and civil cable ring networks and power supply terminal projects. It is particularly suitable for the following locations: special sites requiring automatic switching of dual power supply, urban residential power distribution, small secondary substations, switchyards, industrial and mining enterprises, airports, subways, wind power plants, sports stadiums, and railways.
Protection rating reaches IP2X.
The XGN15-12 type ring main cabinet shell is made of aluminum-zinc coated plate, galvanized plate, or cold-rolled steel, formed by CNC mechanical processing, with the panel undergoing plastic spraying treatment. The switchgear consists of four separate compartments: busbar chamber, switch unit, cable chamber, operating mechanism, and control room. A pressure relief channel is set at the back of the cabinet, featuring a rational and compact structure, small size, easy and flexible operation, perfect and reliable five-proof interlock, simple installation, stable operation, and expandability.
