Our S11-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformers are characterized by low losses, low noise, and high efficiency, delivering excellent energy-saving results and reducing pollution. Compared to conventional oil-immersed transformers, our fully sealed design eliminates the oil storage tank, with the volume changes of the oil automatically regulated and compensated by the elastic corrugations of the wave tank. This transformer is isolated from air, preventing and slowing down the degradation of the oil and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability and requiring no maintenance under normal operation.

Product Features:

1. The transformer core is made from high-quality imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, significantly reducing no-load losses and no-load current. The core is also bound to ensure its tightness and reduce noise.

2. The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. The low voltage windings, 500kVA and below, are constructed in a double-layer cylindrical shape. For 630kVA and above, a double helix or quadruple helix structure is used, while the high voltage windings are made in a multi-layer cylindrical shape.

3. The transformer connection group uses Dyn11, reducing the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improving power supply quality.

4. Transformers feature a full-sealed structure, extending service life, eliminating the need for core lifting and maintenance.

5. Measured noise levels are below the standard.

After normal transportation, these transformers do not require core inspection and can be assembled with related components, undergo acceptance tests, and be put into operation upon passing.
