Product Features
1. The meticulously designed coil structure and vacuum impregnation process ensure that the SG(B)10 transformer does not experience localized discharge, and throughout its entire lifespan, there is no cracking or decrease in insulation level.
2. High voltage employs continuous winding, low voltage foil winding, with overall vacuum impregnation and curing treatment, and utilizes high-strength ceramic supports, offering excellent capability to withstand sudden short-circuit currents.
3. Flame retardant, fire-resistant, self-extinguishing, fireproof.
Under high-temperature open flame combustion, the SG(B)10 transformer produces almost no smoke.
Transformer is insulated to H-class (180℃).
6. The insulation is thin and even. It has strong short-term overload capacity and does not require forced cooling. It can operate at 120% long-term overload and 140% overload for 3 hours. Due to the non-aging and elastic nature of this insulation material, it can be immediately fully loaded under ±50℃ conditions.
