The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are gold award-winning products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The direct contacting parts of the pump and valve are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acid and alkali, salt resistance, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength, making it an international new product in the 1990s. It employs the WB Spatula mechanical seal produced by the UK's Grantham Gland Inc., which effectively prevents the leakage issues commonly encountered in domestic seals. Over the years, with use by over a thousand customers nationwide, it has proven to have a lifespan ten times longer than that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pump and valves. Its excellent performance and quality are recognized by users both domestically and internationally.
The pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C and can continuously transport liquids of any concentration, including acids, alkalis, and salts. It is widely used in the petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, papermaking, and electroplating industries. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the Jiangsu Province Machinery Industry Department and the provincial new product appraisal in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Jiangsu Province New Product Golden Bull Award. It also received the Gold Award at the 1994 China International Trade Fair.
The ball valve shell castings for fluoroalloy lined valves are produced using precision casting with a lost wax process, and the lining is made of fluoroalloy material. The product features a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing for long-term operation in strongly corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts. The sealing components are also made of fluoroalloy material. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the measurements by experts that year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, fluoroalloy lined ball valves can be continuously used for 2-3 years in any corrosive medium without requiring maintenance.
The RYB type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product domestically, which has changed the unstable and unreasonable structures of the previous generations of old products, eliminating issues like frequent leaks during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features bearings with automatic thermal oil lubrication, eliminating the need for regular manual oil addition. The sealing structure utilizes international new technology, incorporating the US-patented PTFE sealing, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. The operating temperature is ≤350°C, and it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade. It has been designated as a配套 unit by many boiler groups in China.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with heat-resistant thermoplastic pipes of excellent chemical stability. They are integrated into a single structure using advanced scientific technology. This is a transformative corrosion-resistant pipeline.
