The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are gold award-winning products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The direct contact parts of the pump and valve are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acids and alkalis, salt resistance, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. Equipped with the WB Spatula Mechanical Seals produced by the UK's Grantham Group, they effectively prevent the leakage issues commonly encountered in domestic seals. The ball valve shell castings for fluoroalloy lined ball valves are produced using precision casting with a shell mold, and the lining is made of fluoroalloy material. The RYB type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product in China, which has altered the unstable and irrational structures of the previous generations, eliminating issues such as frequent leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. This product's bearings are equipped with automatic thermal oil lubrication, eliminating the need for regular manual lubrication.
