The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are gold award-winning products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The direct contacting parts of the pump and valve use highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acids and alkalis, salt resistance, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. They are considered new products in the 1990s internationally. They are equipped with mechanical seals produced by the UK's Grantham Group, eliminating the leakage issues often encountered with domestic seals. Over the years, with use by over a thousand customers across the country, it has been proven that their lifespan is more than ten times that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pump and valves. Their excellent performance and quality are recognized by users both domestically and internationally.
This pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C and can transport any concentration of acidic, alkaline, or saline liquid media over the long term. It is widely used in the oil, chemical, metallurgy, papermaking, and electroplating industries. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the Jiangsu Province Mechanical Industry Department and the provincial new product appraisal in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Jiangsu Province New Product Golden Bull Award. It also received the Gold Award at the 1994 China International Exhibition.
The shell castings of the fluoroalloy-lined ball valve are made using precision casting with a shell mold, and the lining is made of fluoroalloy material. The product features a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing for long-term operation in strong corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts. The sealing components also use fluoroalloy material. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the experts' measurements from that year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, fluoroalloy-lined ball valves can be continuously used for 2-3 years in any corrosive medium without requiring maintenance.
The RYB type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product domestically, which has altered the unstable and unreasonable structures of the previous generations of old products, eliminating issues such as frequent leaks during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features bearings that are automatically lubricated with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual oil addition. The sealing structure employs international new technology, incorporating the U.S. patented PTFE seal, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. The operating temperature is ≤350°C, and it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade. It is a designated supplier for many boiler groups in China.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with heat-resistant plastic pipes of excellent chemical stability.
