Product Description

This product is an eco-friendly paint based on modified MMA (methyl methacrylate resin) with a solid content of 100%. The main film-forming substances are methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl methacrylate (MBA) copolymers. The curing process, involving chain growth and termination, is activated by free radicals under the action of an oxidation-reduction reaction system.

The MMA mixed-type safetrack colored road surface is made by blending MMA colored anti-slip paint with abrasion-resistant aggregates. The paint and abrasion-resistant aggregates are combined in a mixed manner, resulting in a non-slip layer that is less prone to flaking after curing.

The paint color offers excellent opacity, and when mixed with aggregates, it only reveals the paint color, overcoming the drawback of the granular colored anti-slip pavement being limited by the aggregate color.

Storage

All components should be stored in a cool, dry environment, out of direct sunlight, in compliance with relevant construction site safety and regulations. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius, and keep away from open flames and food.

Under proper storage conditions, stored in sealed drums, shelf life is 12 months. If the product is stored beyond the 12-month shelf life, please contact MacRoad's relevant department before use.
