Product Description
This product is based on high weather-resistant acrylic emulsion and hydrophilic isocyanate as the main film-forming material.
Incorporate additives that absorb infrared and ultraviolet radiation to achieve a reduction in ground temperature and mitigate the urban heat island effect.
After coating, this product can effectively reduce the temperature range of colored road surfaces by 4-6 degrees Celsius under the same sunlight and environmental temperature, enhancing walking comfort.
Water-soluble high molecular polymer, effectively covering road cracks and depressions, reflecting ultraviolet rays, reducing rain erosion, delaying asphalt aging, and lowering the urban heat conduction effect, decreasing road surface temperature by 2-4 degrees Celsius.

Technical Standard Requirements
Comply with the technical specifications and requirements for colored road surface as stipulated in the "Technical Code for Color Asphalt Concrete Road Surface in Urban Roads."
2. Complies with the relevant provisions of the national traffic industry standard JT/T712-2008 "Road Anti-Slip Coating" for cold-applied anti-slip coatings.
Film appearance: After drying and shaping, the color and aggregate particle distribution should be even, without cracks or aggregate particle shedding.
(2) Water resistance: No abnormal phenomena should occur after soaking in water for 24 hours.
(3) Alkaline Resistance: No abnormal phenomena observed after soaking in a saturated calcium hydroxide solution for 24 hours.
(4) Low-temperature crack resistance of coating: Maintain at -10℃ for 4 hours, then place at room temperature for 4 hours as one cycle. After three consecutive cycles, there should be no cracks.
(5) Skid Resistance: BPN ≥ 70
3. Environmental Protection Technical Requirements: SP colored road paint must not contain benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene. The Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) content must be less than 15g/L, and the free formaldehyde content must be less than 15mg/L. The heavy metal content requirements are: lead < 10mg/kg, chromium < 5mg/kg, mercury < 2mg/kg, and cadmium < 5mg/kg.

Material processing
Pavement foundation requirements
1. The concrete pavement requires a strength of C25 or higher, and construction can only commence after the pavement has fully cured and dried.
2. Recommended asphalt concrete mix ratio for asphalt concrete pavement is AC-10 or AC-13 fine-grained dense gradation asphalt concrete.

Construction
1. Clear the road surface and apply masking tape or protective film along the edges.
2. Mechanical spraying or manual brushing of facial cleansers;
3. Apply or scrape a flexible primer coating.
4. After the base coat cures for 4 hours at 25°C, apply the anti-slip abrasion-resistant layer.
5. Spray or roll-on surface protective agents.

Storage
All components should be stored in a cool, dry environment, out of direct sunlight, in compliance with on-site safety and regulations. Storage temperature should not exceed 35°C, and keep away from open flames and food.
Under proper storage conditions, stored in a sealed drum, shelf life is 12 months. If the product is stored beyond the 12-month shelf life, please contact the relevant departments at Maike Lu before use.
