New Blueberry Sorting Machine

Blueberry diameter sorting machine, blueberry diameter grading machine, and blueberry selection machine utilize the different sizes of blueberry diameters. They sort the berries using sieve holes on a roller. The sorting process is as follows:

In the upper fruit area, flexible conveyer belts are used for blueberry transport, ensuring no damage to the blueberry's skin and powder.

Sorting area utilizes a sieve drum with perforated screening for streamlined sorting. Blueberries are sorted from small to large. When blueberries are conveyed to the sorting area, those smaller than the diameter of the drum sieve fall directly into the first-grade collection zone and are then conveyed to the packaging area by the belt. Larger berries continue to be transported down the belt to the next sieve opening, following a similar principle. This process continues to sort into four different grades. Below the fruit zone, a parallel belt buffering device is used to reduce the vertical drop height of blueberries after sorting, minimizing mechanical injuries during descent and protecting the fruit powder on the blueberry skin from damage.

Blueberry sorter employs physical vibration to sort berries based on their diameter sizes, from small to large. For instance, during the sorting process, smaller berries are first allowed to fall through a small hole, while larger ones move forward on the conveyor belt to the next level.
