Usage Instructions

Before turning on, connect the power according to the wiring diagram, using manual control or a remote controller. The operator will lift the ton bag of raw material with a loader and place it on the platform between the two curved plates of the extruder. Press the tighten button on the remote, and the hydraulic cylinder will slowly clamp the two curved plates. After the material is loosened, press the release button, and the curved plates will gradually loosen. If the agglomeration is not severe, it can be done in one go.

If the caking is severe, initiate the turntable to rotate and compress multiple times at various angles until the desired effect is achieved.
