Usage Instructions

1. Placement: Must be placed before use.PackingThe machine is placed on the ground in a parallel position, ensuringPackingMachine balancing, to prevent conveyor belt deviation.

2. Fixed: The two ground wheels at the bottom of the export area have an anti-locking device. Secure both ground wheels before operation to prevent sliding.

3. Power Supply: Simply plug the three-phase power into the distribution box (terminals 1-3 on the left side for three-phase power).

4. Switches: Before use, turn on all five switches in the electrical control box: front vibration roller, rear vibration roller, front vibration, rear vibration, and the main motor switch. Then, turn on the clockwise switch (note: there is a C45 switch inside the control box that needs to be closed), start the machine, and observe that the conveyor belt is moving forward before use. In case of a bag jam, turn on the reverse switch; the conveyor belt will move backward, allowing you to remove the bag.

5. Depending on the material board's condition, vibration-free or single vibration options are available, controlled by the operator.

6. The needle roller pinion reducers and turbine reducers are pre-lubricated before shipment; simply plug in and use.

Inspect the transmission components before use and apply lubricant.
