Instructions for Use

Please read the user manual before use. Have a professional driver transport the vehicle to the material loading area, securely fasten all four tires to prevent slippage.

2. Shift the rear transmission into the conveyor belt rotation gear, then engage the high-speed gear for the rear lift. It features low, medium, and high positions, which can be adjusted according to the requirements of the loader.

3. The gap for pressure rolling can be adjusted according to the weight of different packaging. Simply adjust the screw on the rod, and open the two openings on the top plate for adjustment. Also, adjust the tensioner wheel to ensure the transmission chain is properly tight, requiring the removal of the transmission cover for adjustment.

4. The drive chain requires lubrication with grease. To add grease during maintenance, simply open the four holes in the guard.

5. High-speed operation transports up to 200 tons per hour, and low-speed operation at 150 tons per hour.
