Function Overview
The ZZBG500 Gas Pipeline Automatic Explosion Suppression Device is designed and manufactured by our company in accordance with the technical requirements and characteristics of the AQ 1073-2009 Technical Conditions for Automatic Explosion Suppression Devices for Gas Pipeline Transportation.
Explosion Suppression Devices are installed on gas pipelines or on transportation pipelines for flammable and explosive chemical gases. In the event of combustion or explosion within the gas pipeline, the device detects explosion flames and pressure, controlling the explosion suppression valve to close instantly, thus promptly blocking the further spread of the combustion flame and explosion waves within the pipeline, ensuring safe and productive coal mining operations.

1. Security Equipment Section: Grade 1 water-sealed fire suppression and explosion relief device, Grade 2 automatic powder suppression explosion control device, and Grade 3 automatic explosion suppression device, as shown in the installation location diagram.
2. Flame and pressure sensors for monitoring are installed on both sides of the branch pipe dehydrator. The flame sensor is located between the dehydrator and the generator set, 2m to 3m away from the dehydrator; the pressure sensor is situated between the dehydrator and the branch, 1m to 2m from the dehydrator.
3. The installation location of the water-seal fire prevention and explosion relief device should be less than 30 meters away from the far-end branch pipe (along the pipeline axis), the shorter the distance, the better.
4. The installation location of the automatic spray powder explosion suppression device should be at a distance of 40 to 50 meters from the flame sensor (along the pipeline axis), and the further from the water seal fire suppression and explosion relief device, the better.
5. The distance from the automatic explosion suppression device to the end of the suppression device shall not exceed 10 meters.
Technical Advantages
The explosion-proof valves for mining are independently designed and developed by our company, featuring short response time, minimal flow resistance to pipelines, innovative structure, and advanced technology, and have been granted a patent.
When an explosion flame occurs in the gas pipeline, the quick-acting valve opens, injecting inert nitrogen gas as the driving force to drive the sealing valve plate to close, effectively blocking the valve body from front to back and preventing the further spread of the explosion shock wave and flame.
