Feature Overview
Mine Tunnel Automatic Powder Spraying Suppression Device (Passive Tunnel Suppression Device) also known as "Active Separation Suppression Device."
The Coal Mine Tunnel Automatic Powder Spraying Explosion Suppression Device is a high-tech mine safety equipment integrating rapid response, explosion suppression, and intelligent control functions. It primarily consists of 1 coal mine tunnel explosion suppressor, 1 pressure switch for explosion suppression of coal mine intrinsic safety type tunnel explosion suppression device, and mine communication cables. Installed in places with risks of gas and dust combustion or explosion, the device's pressure switch can achieve early detection of explosion information. Upon detecting combustion or explosion, it actively opens the tunnel explosion suppressor to instantly spray flame-retardant agents, forming a blast-proof barrier to prevent the spread of the explosion, thereby reducing the harm caused by gas or dust explosions. It safeguards the lives of coal mine workers and ensures the normal production of coal mines.
This series of equipment is inherently safe and can operate in underground coal mines with explosive gases such as methane and dust. It fills the gap in the market for area fire extinguishing devices and tunnel explosion suppression systems, offering passive protection. The product has obtained a national patent.

Installation Location
According to the requirements of the Application Technology Specification for Active Explosion Suppression and Suppression Devices for Coal Mines, NB/T 11126-2023, in areas (points) underground where fire sources are prone to occur in coal mines, and where gas and coal dust concentrations may exceed limits and cause explosions, or in areas (points) where gas and coal dust concentrations may exceed limits and fire sources may also cause explosions, active explosion suppression devices should be installed.
1. Intake and exhaust tunnels should be equipped with active explosion suppression devices.
2. Active explosion suppression devices should be installed in tunnels.
3. Active explosion suppression devices should be installed in other tunnels where there is a risk of gas and coal dust explosion.
4. Install active explosion suppression devices in straight tunnels within 200m of the mining face in coal mines with a risk of coal dust explosions.
5. Active explosion suppression devices should be installed within 60 meters of intersections with other tunnels at risk of gas and coal dust explosions, as well as at changes in slope and bends.
