This melting furnace is a self-developed and produced energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new type of electric furnace by our company. It features a reasonable structure, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by CNC machinery. The exterior is finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and withstands acidic and alkaline substances. It uses high-quality silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, offering even temperature distribution, a low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating, holding, and cooling rates, and energy-saving advantages. The furnace chamber is entirely constructed from composite alumina fiber materials using a unique CNC process, demonstrating strong resistance to thermal shock, rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or residue, and no pollution, with a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuring PID regulation, automatic control, self-tuning functions, multi-stage program programming, and the ability to create various heating, holding, and cooling programs, with high temperature control accuracy. It integrates silicon-controlled rectifier control, phase-shifting triggering, and a protection system that includes independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, and short-circuit protection. It has a high degree of automation and all indicators meet international standards.

1. Furnace chamber material is selected from imported lightweight, high-purity alumina ceramic, which features high hardness, non-dust shedding at high temperatures, non-volatile during high-temperature sintering, environmental friendliness, and safety, in compliance with international industry standards.
2. The heating element is made of high-quality silicon molybdenum rod, capable of withstanding heavy loads with stability and a long service life; the silicon molybdenum rods are evenly arranged on both sides of the furnace chamber, ensuring good uniformity of the temperature field.
3. Smart temperature control design, with rapid heating and excellent uniformity, reaching 1600℃ in 60 minutes. This improves the sintering efficiency of the same-sized electric furnace in the industry by over 3 times, and is safe.

9. Smart PID control, microcomputer control, 30-stage programmable temperature control curves, no need for supervision (fully automatic rise, drop, and hold)
10. Our software allows for computer connectivity, enabling remote control, real-time tracking, historical record-keeping, and report generation for single or multiple electric furnaces; paperless recording devices can be installed for data storage and output.
